Incredible experience working with Chris! I signed the agreement to list my house but then took a few months before I actually listed. Chris was patient and understanding. He is an expert in the industry who provides realistic and honest guidance (re; he’s not the typical realtor). My house only made it to the “coming soon” portal where we then had several offers in less than a few days. The house sold and closed in 39 days all-in. Throughout the entire process Chris was right there providing his professional advice; which always proved to be accurate. If it were possible to give more stars, I would. We didn't intend to sell our condo but circumstances changed and we needed to get it sold. Chris had been in contact with us over the course of several years....checking in regularly to see if we were ready to sell. We didn't hesitate to list with Chris. His communication skills are stellar. Phone calls were returned, emails answered with lightning speed. His attention to client's needs is unparalleled. Chris was a pleasure to work with. When I first discussed listing my house he was respectful and provided full documentation on our first visit on what to expect. He followed up, acted fast and had beautiful photos and a video done of the house. We had many showings right away and within a month we had an offer. He even showed the buyers the house because their realtor didn't have time. Jana was a pleasure to work with. I was not an easy person to work with inasmuch that I was all over the place in what I wanted. I didn’t know if I wanted a house, condo or townhouse and where I wanted to be. This didn’t deter Jana. She went immediately to work and provided me daily with emails of properties to consider. She would quickly respond to my calls and give her opinion on locations and properties. This was not an easy time to try to see properties since it was right in the middle of the pandemic. She was still able to get us in to places for viewing. I was on limited time. I needed to find a place before I was returning north. She didn’t panic but worked harder and found me a place three days before leaving. She quickly got the contracts completed and I moved in a day before I left. I will use Jana in the future and highly recommend her.

First and foremost, I must say Nichole Lathrop is an exceptional Realtor. I wish that I had hired her sooner because we lost a couple of months trying to find the right tenant on our own. I receive lots of flyers and advertisement through the mail, but Nichole's caught my eye and so I took a chance on her. Within a few hours of hiring Nichole, she had brought her own professional photographers into the apartment to add their personal touch and create the most perfect pictures for our viewers. We received offers that day and more during that first week. Nichole advised me that she was going to get a tenant in the apartment immediately so that I didn't have to lose another month. She not only came through, but I had my choice of tenants to choose from. Nichole was thorough when emailing me all the background information of each possible tenant so that I could make the best possible decision with all my choices. I called Stephanie regarding baying a house. She listen to what I wanted, she asked me if I have a mortgage broker I said no, the next day a mortgage broker called me on Stephanie's behalf. When I talked to Stephanie she make me feel comfortable. I started looking for a house around September and told her I want to move in by Thanksgiving, my closing was done on November 22. At first i was set on selling my house by owner. Stephanie came to see it very well prepared with info showing me how she would be able to market the home and bring me a buyer in a timely manor. Her experience and dedication she convince me to give her the listing. She did many open houses and brought me a few byers.Some did not get approved but she never gave up she was able to find one that did. This was no easy sale for her because of all the different probelms that came up.She was able to pull the whole thing together and close the sale.
